The Why
Our current lifestyle promotes incorrect posture that over time can impair our balance, decrease flexibility and strength, as well as cause pain in our neck shoulders, back, hips and knees. While we cannot avoid using smart phone and computers and sitting activities, we can actively engage in targeted techniques to improve our posture with stretches, light exercise and neck traction. This program was designed to accommodate our busy lifestyles by targeting specific muscle groups to give the maximum benefit for the least amount of time and equipment.

This individualized 5 part program is designed to give YOU the tools needed to improve your posture, reduce pain and improve your balance and flexibility. We target the major muscle groups that contribute to poor posture and pain, to provide simple and effective workouts at home. This is not a one time fix, but a program that you can use throughout your life to improve and maintain your posture and reduce pain caused by our 21st century lifestyle.
