Our Team
Gretchen Oberle is the company’s owner and practicing occupational therapist with over 10 years experience.
Gretchen graduated with a master’s degree from Florida Gulf Coast University in Occupational therapy. She has a strong interest in neurological and vestibular disorders. She has a post graduate certificate in Remedial Vision Rehabilitation from Salus University, where she was taught by Mitchell Scheiman, an acclaimed practitioner and researcher.
She developed the Everyday People program for herself after enduring years of back and hip pain. When she was diagnosed with forward head position (kyphosis), she knew from my experience that the diagnosis was the serious and would lead to spinal disease and continue degradation of her balance and increased pain. Using her experience and education as well as collaborating with many healthcare professionals, she created a simple, gentle and effective program to increase flexibility and balance, decrease pain and improve posture. She shares her program with you to give you the power to keep your body strong, flexible and tall and pain free, today and tomorrow. If you have poor posture, decreased flexibility, bad balance and/or back, hip or shoulder pain, contact her. There is relief. If it worked for her, it can work for you.
