The Program

Flexibility : Education and practice on gentle, effective stretches that target the muscle groups that cause postural misalignment. These stretches only take 15 minutes a day!

Realignment : Education and practice on neck traction to retrain your spine from the effects of forward head position over the years and to regain it’s natural curvature.

Strengthening : Education and practice of light exercises to target weak muscles with the minimal amount of equipment. Some can be done anytime of the day!

Maintenance : Provide a custom maintenance plan for you to keep the gains you have achieved.

To follow the program, you will need a leg strap and a neck traction device (approximately $17). A yoga mat and a 36” foam roller are optional but recommended. Further information at sign up.
